4 Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description We are currently looking for Behavior Consultants (Licensure in PA is preferred, though not required) for a counseling agency in Mercer County! Specific Responsibilities Include:
Collaboration with other members of the treatment team in order to design and direct the implementation of a Behavior Modification Intervention Plan which is individualized to each child or adolescent and to family needs, as well as considering the context of the educational setting.
Observation of the child in the school setting as part of the initial assessment in preparation for designing the Intervention Plan.
Development of the Intervention Plan and instruction to the other members of the treatment team (including the teacher, teacher's aides, other school personnel, family, or other individuals providing direct service or supports to the child) in their roles and responsibilities in implementing the plan.
Collaboration with the interagency team so that the school, home and community behavioral plans complement each other.
Consultation with the treatment team when problems arise in the implementation of the plan.
Revision of the Intervention Plan as needed, using the same methods as were used in the initial development.
Supervision of Behavioral Health Technician, if the Individual is receiving Behavioral Health Technician Services.
This position offers a flexible schedule as well as the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals in order to accomplish the goals in a client's treatment plan.
You must have a masters degree in mental health as well as experience with children! Qualified LPC and LCSW supervisors are available for any therapist looking for supervision!
