Experience:
Minimum 4 years hands on experience Hands on experience with Installation, configuration and administration of Dell and HP Servers Hardware, RAID configuration, Firmware upgrade Hands on experience with Windows OS configuration & performance issues Break-fix support for day-to-day operational issues related to Windows Servers (2008/2012/201/2019/2022) (e.

, Disk management, server accessibility or slowness issues etc.
) Experience with Server build / decommission activities (e.

, OS Installation, third party agent installation, VM deployment in VMWare, EC2 deployment in AWS) Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft (MS) Windows Cluster and perform failover / failback during monthly maintenance activities Good understanding of File services and Print management Hands on experience with creation and deletion of Snapshots (VMWare and AWS) Regular update of Runbooks, Standard operating procedures, and other documentation Third party OEM vendor coordination for hardware and software troubleshooting Good understanding of VMWare Virtualization and Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure) Work with Patch management team to push and install the security patches and troubleshoot for patch installation failures Good understanding of Networking, Backup, Antivirus and Monitoring tools Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP is must Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of ServiceNow Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management Flexible to work in 24x7 shift based on the business requirements (1.
