Customer Service:
- Greet and work with customers, always with a friendly, welcoming demeanor - Present products and solutions to customers' gift-giving needs - Sell additional items that relate to customer need - Enter orders into point of sale system - Help open and/or close showroom following written procedures - Using proper phone techniques, answer customer inquiries and take orders - Suggest improvements to our customer service Facilities/Displays/Cleanliness:
- Create and set-up product displays as required - Clean, maintain shelves, and merchandise - Organize and maintain a clean counter area Administration:
- Greet and direct visiting vendors - Maintain adequate and accurate inventory of items - Replenish supplies in store as required Other duties:
- Cycle count showroom inventory - Attend sales/customer service training classes/seminars Education:
- High School Graduate/G.
