Other duties may be assigned.
Uses typewriter and/or computer to compile information and prepare reports, business correspondence, application forms and other materials.
Files LLPOA documents and maintains filing system.
Handles inquiries from the members and general public over the phone or in person at the LLPOA offices.
Answers general questions or directs callers to the appropriate person.
Attends meetings and annual events as required.
Posts monthly dues payments to applicable accounts.
Issues purchase orders with proper authority and follows up on order status as required.
Receives deliveries at the LLPOA office and verifies order(s).
Gathers data for monthly reconciliations for monthly bank statements for all funds.
Assits will accounts payable.
Files invoices with canceled checks attached.
Copies records, distributes and collects fees from requesting agencies/individuals.
Logs-in complaints received for LLPOA owned facilities, advises appropriate party and follow-up with complainant.
Provides clerical and other administrative support for the agents of the LLPOA when requested such as:
typing correspondence, researching issuance of past building permits, preparing and mailing of certified violation notices (i.
e.
rule violations, traffic citations junkyard, etc.
).
Schedules meetings as requested - reminds parties of meetings/appointments.
Files Security Department reports.
Issues various permits and collects applicable fees:
Facility rentals, docks, stickers etc.
Receipting in of various monies for the following:
Dues, sticker sales, fines, rental agreements, etc.
Assists Officer Manager with various tasks including preparing voting ballots, various notices to the Board of Directors, payroll etc.
Operates photocopying, postage and fax machines, as well as, orders office supplies, as needed.
Prepares various manuals and reports for distribution to the members, committees and directors.
Maintains the LLPOA Website, including managing the data, on-line store, notifications, web-blasts and any and all activity pertinent to the website administration Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
