Youth Educational Services Academy is a private residential facility specializing in the rehabilitation of young men between the ages of 11-18. YES Academy is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare's Office of Children, Youth and Families Division and provides comprehensive treatment programs for troubled teen males. We are looking for a full time Case manager who can fill the follow responsibilities, and qualifications, and who wants to help these young men transform their lives.
Responsibilities:
Putting together Individualized Service Plans and Individualized Treatment Services reports.
Court reports, while supporting the normative culture of this facility.
Also included would be going to court with the youth on specific court dates and meeting with Parole Officers when they come to the facility.
Having the knowledge of PREA regulations and BHSL regulations would be extremely helpful.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Masters
Minimum age 21 and valid drivers license, good computer skills.

The hours of the position are 8:00 Am to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. The hours could fluctuate due to court hearings. EEOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
